Every price on this page is labor only.

Parts and applicable taxes are charged separately and are not included in any listed price. Any required software licenses are also separate. Your quote will show the scope of work and total before you approve it.

Cleaning & thermal care

LABOR ONLY
Full desktop physical cleaningFull physical cleaning of the desktop: case, components, fans, filters, and accessible interior and exterior surfaces. Components removed as needed for access. CPU thermal-paste replacement is optional and priced separately.

CPU thermal-paste service with cleaningRemove old paste, clean the CPU and cooler contact surfaces, and apply fresh thermal paste. Combined cleaning and repaste labor: $75.

75% off diagnostics with qualifying services

Approve more than $99 in service labor for the same computer and job, and the $40 diagnostic fee drops to $10. Parts, taxes, and the diagnostic fee itself do not count toward the threshold. Any diagnostic payment already made is accounted for in the repair balance.

Example: $100 service labor + $10 discounted diagnostics = $110 labor total, plus parts and applicable taxes.

Payment & service details

Payment before work begins

All work must be paid in full up front, before parts are ordered or work begins, including repairs and PC builds.

Exception: cleaning and thermal-paste reapplication services may be paid upon pickup.

A clear quote first

Prices are for standard desktops. Laptop work, unusually difficult disassembly, heavy contamination, and projects outside the listed service scope need an individual quote.

“From” prices are starting labor rates. The final price and scope are agreed before payment and work. Additional work requires your approval.

No overlapping labor charges

Combined services are quoted together so the same work is not charged twice. CPU replacement and cooler installation already include thermal-paste application.

Parts, supplies & taxes

Hardware parts, software licenses, and applicable taxes are separate from labor. Standard cleaning supplies and standard thermal paste are included with their respective cleaning and repaste services.
